Restrict the party types for the other side to not be the party type selected for the user

Had tried that earlier with the bespoke party type / other party type selection and it was good, but had other issues. See if I can bring that back into the Cascading / Dynamic js stuff (will have to be in JS, because what the user has selected won't be sent to the server yet).
