Fix defective LICENSE.md — no copyright holder named

The LICENSE.md currently reads:

Copyright (c) 2016 - present

This does not name a copyright holder. The MIT license requires that "the above copyright notice" be included in all copies — but the notice is incomplete.

package.json correctly identifies Tim Berners-Lee as the author (first commit May 3, 2016).

Proposed fix:

Copyright (c) 2016 - present Tim Berners-Lee and contributors

2016 - present is not a valid date statement. It should be one or more specific years. Copyright extends for a period of years from the date of first creation, which often corresponds with publication. If a page initially published in 2016 doesn't change for a year, copyright doesn't extend from 2017 — it extends from 2016. If the page does get modified in 2017, then the copyright statement on the modified page is typically updated to just 2017, not the range 2016-2017. Copies of the unmodified page retain the 2016.

I'm not sure and contributors is valid nor useful, except if it somehow points to a list of identifiable contributors. It might be valid and useful to say and GitHub contributors or similar.

I am not a lawyer, but I have too much experience with confidence misplaced in invalid copyright and similar. I do recommend actual legal consultation for this and similar.
