Scouts do not acquire level 10 utility powers #169
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. choose scout class
2. level it up to level 10 in the manage section
3. go to the build => powers and note that there is no level 10 choice
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected outcome: to be given a choice among utility powers
what i see: no choice given
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cbloader 1.3.2b windows 7 ultimate
