Open Shel Explorer Toolbar Item position

Problem:
My Open shell Explorer Toolbar use to group items to the left side of the Explore Window, now it groups to the right (see attached image).

How do I make it group to the left?

Give the app the ability to choose which side of the Explorer window to group.
