When comparing the default TFPCA plots that are generated by pcatfd script with the plots generated by the template_plots script, there was a notable difference in power. The plot from template_plots script was lower in power than the default plot.
It appears to me that the frequency weighting (in my case defaulted to 1), i.e. multiplying frequency x amplitude is not yet included as part of template_ptb_pc_out export process.
Expected behavior
Standard plots should be the same as from the template_plots script (more suited for publication purposes).
When comparing the base data feeding the plots, it appeared the multiplication of frequency x amplitude was the difference.
