[V1.2.3] Upgrade MEMORY system

• Set rules to restrict each memory item to 150 words
• Increase the count of item being loaded into system prompt
• Implement 'skeptical memory system' to validate/update memory during memory processing
• Prune memory to make sure it is within 200 items
• Update trigger condition: Check EVENT_UNPROCESSED count, check special workflow lock.
