Horizontal scroll in the Timeline doesn't work #190

Describe the bug
In the Timeline panel, vertical scroll has the expected behaviour, but horizontal scroll does not. This affects both mice with horizontal scroll wheels and trackpads
If I scroll horizontally either left or right, the Timeline panel acts as if I've scrolled down.
To Reproduce
Using a mouse with horizontal scroll or a trackpad, load up a Timeline and scroll horizontally. The timeline will move vertically, but not horizontally.
Expected behavior
I would expect the timeline to scroll horizontally, as though I'd dragged the horizontal scroll bar.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Win11 & MacOS Sequoia
- Device: Logitech MX Master 3 on Win11, laptop trackpad on MacOS
