+The 8th Wall hosted platform was retired on **February 28, 2026**. Self-service project export is no longer available through the platform.
+
+**Your project files have not been deleted.** All project data is being retained until **August 31, 2027**. If you need to recover or erase your data, see the options below.
+

+## Recover Your Project Data
+
+To request an export of your project files, email [privacy@nianticspatial.com](mailto:privacy@nianticspatial.com) with the subject line **"8th Wall Data Recovery Request"** and include:
+
+- The email address associated with your 8th Wall account
+- The name(s) of the project(s) you want to recover
+- Request type: **Data Recovery**
+
+You will receive your project files as a **.zip archive**. Allow reasonable time for processing; we will reply to confirm receipt and provide an expected turnaround.

+## Request Erasure of Your Data
+
+To request deletion of your account data and project files, email [privacy@nianticspatial.com](mailto:privacy@nianticspatial.com) with the subject line **"8th Wall Data Erasure Request"** and include:

+- The name(s) of any specific project(s) you want deleted, or indicate that you want all data removed

+We will confirm receipt and notify you when the erasure is complete.

+## After August 31, 2027
+
+On **August 31, 2027**, all remaining 8th Wall project data will be **permanently and irrecoverably deleted**. After that date, recovery is no longer possible and this page will reflect that no data remains.
